Audits are completed using the industry standard Future Audit3.0 ® Insurance Premium Audit Software. CWS business process is managed over a secure Internet connection on software built by AuSuM Systems. We call the system PAM. PAM (Premium Audit Manager) allows our customers and employees secure real-time access to past and current assignments, obtain reports on-line, and otherwise view all relevant business data over the Internet whenever and wherever they want it.

One powerful feature of Future Audit® is that it allows our auditors to complete their audits "on site". "On site" completion is the key to our trouble free service because our auditors review the completed audit report with your insured prior to moving to their next assignment. This allows both the auditor and the insured to question the results of the audit as compared to the policy estimates and resolve disputes before the report is finalized. An exit interview with your policyholder will save your department hours of revisions or time explaining the completed audits to your policyholders or their agent.

In addition, Future Audit® and PAM have the following benefits and added value: Your staff becomes more efficient. The audit format may be customized to your preferred view. Since the format will not vary, your reviewers are able to quickly and easily gain the necessary information from the audit. Your insured's time is used efficiently. On site completion eliminates the need for annoying follow up calls to the insured to clarify issues that could only be discovered after the audit report has been finalized. Our price per hour for physical audits and flat charges for telephone reports and Voluntary audits depends on the volume and location of the assignments. We have maintained many business relationships for over twenty years. Our pricing structure provides our customers with exceptional value for the cost.

We do not charge for travel time, phone calls, or other expenses (unless a specific agreement is made) incurred while completing your assignments. If you require your audits report mailed, we ship UPS. We will send copies of the audit reports to your policyholder at their request, first class. We will complete your audits in the least amount of time consistent with a quality, first-class job. Since our audit reports are compiled by computer, it takes us 25% less time to complete your audit assignments as compared to a handwritten or spreadsheet audit report.
