CWS is fully staffed with professional and enthusiastic employee auditors in our service area. We do not outsource audits to unfamiliar 3rd parties. Many people on our staff and all CWS managers have worked for insurance companies at some point in the past. As a result of our combined carrier experience, we know what our customer needs and expects. In addition to our field, telephone, and voluntary audit staff, CWS employs ten full time office employees. Because of the size of our field audit staff (over 95 people strong and counting), we are able to shift employees from one territory to another to meet any unusual demands.
