We are serious about time service, We have the capability of making our first attempt within 21 to 30 days after the policy expiration and a second follow-up call within 10 days (if necessary). Our average turn around time in our service area is 40 days. 34 days if on-line. It is not possible to provide time service in this business unless you have a dedicated staff of field employees that both live in the territory they service and have a territory that is reasonable sized. |
