- Physical Audits - Comprehensive, on-site review of business records and operations, visual premises inspection, and electronic signatures.
- Telephone Audits- Experienced auditors utilizing the telephone to obtain and complete premium audit reports.
- Voluntary Audits- Self "audits" where the insured completes secure Internet forms and/or Mail Forms. Reviewed by experienced reviewers before submitted as complete.
- Pre-Audit Surveys-Reports to allow underwriters to more accurately price policies "up front".
- Short form Telephone Construction Surveys- Reports that give underwriters a relatively comprehensive understanding of the operations of construction contractors. These reports include types of jobs, tools used, subcontracted operations, employee operations and numbers, and more.
